Cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, soya lecithin, natural vanilla, cream, flavor infusions, toppings. (The majority of our truffle flavors are tea-based blends which are infused into the heated cream used to make the ganache. These blends are constantly being added to and changed. The toppings for our truffles also change as regularly as the ganache. Please call or email us if you need information on a particular flavor.)
